We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Dylan Libadisos at Florida Executive Realty. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. He is honest and he really helped to take the pressure off of me. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" Dylan walked us through every step of the negotiations. We will always be using Dylan and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

Dylan was excellent. He always would help and provide practical solutions when issues would arise in the buying process. Dylan was pleasant and professional. The only issue I have is the $295 fee that goes to Florida Executive Realty for absolutely no reason.

Such a wonderful first time home buying experience with Dylan. In terms of feed back there is none for Dylan or Florida Executive Realty, but rather, the lending company, Caliber. Jeff Jennings was nothing but snappy dialogue, attitude problems, no patience and no customer service skills. Dylan on the other hand, was so awesome that when all was said and done I told him I wished he was somehow my realtor, lender and title company all in one!

Working with Dylan has probably been the most smooth and productive experience I've had with a realtor. During this process, which for us lasted quite a number of months, Dylan has been 100% responsive every time I needed to contact him. His manner was and continues to be very patient, and accommodating. I have no hesitation in recommending Dylan who has demonstrated his qualities as an excellent realtor and person.
